Happy Monday Stampers ~ a simple Positive Thoughts in Grapefruit Grove card is my share for today.
I am finally back in North Carolina after being gone for 3 weeks. I am so appreciative of all my viewers who stuck with me. It was a rough 3 weeks so it will take me a while to get back in the swing of things. My studio is a mess so I need to take some time to get it organized and cleaned up. I threw some things together to take with me while I was gone so I have supplies everywhere. I will be working on that as well as making cards and videos this week. I am planning on doing a Facebook Live on Thursday evening so I would love to have you join me. I will be Live in the Creations in Paper group at 7:00 pm EST. If you are around join me!
While I was in Maryland I borrowed some items from a friend and stamped and cut out a bunch of the images to use for my card making. One of the sets I used was the Positive Thoughts. I stamped the flower from the set using various colors I had taken with me. The Nature’s Thoughts dies which is a coordinating product you can purchase to cut out the images were used to cut out all my flowers. I also used the dies to cut out a few of the leaves and sprigs to use also. I also used the Stitched So Sweetly dies to cut out the largest scalloped rectangle using Basic Black card stock. To make my card I used a card base of Grapefruit Grove and embossed the front using the Layered Leaves embossing folder. The scalloped rectangle was added to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I then layered the flowers, leaves, and sprig using glue dots and dimensionals. A large rhinestone was added to the center of the flower. I kept the card simple to highlight the embossing and images. Here is the completed Positive Thoughts in Grapefruit Grove creation.

I have share other cards created using product from the Occasions Catalog. One of the sets is the Timeless Tulips which was used to create this card. Another set that is fun to play with is the Under My Umbrella which was used for this cute idea. The Honey Bee Bundle can make some fun cards like this one.
