Hello Everyone!
Well I did make it to my craft room yesterday. I manage to make 2 teacher note card sets for my craft show in September. I can check that off my list. I am not making a lot of each item as I figure I can take orders if need be. Today I have to cut and set up for my workshop this week. I will also work on some tags for the craft show and make a card for later this week.
Today I am sharing my Project Life Stampin’ Up Style Swap. We were to create two 4″ x 6″ cards and then two 3″ x 3″ or 3″ x 4″ cards that all went together for a page. I decided to do a picnic theme so I did a lot of punch art for my cards. Here is what I created.
I began by cutting all my cards. I then sponged on the clouds. The bees are from the Garden in Bloom set. I made the watermelon using circle framelits and the seeds are the heart from the itty bitty accents punch pack. I cut the heart in half and then added crystal effects on top of the card stock. The hamburger is made with the wide oval. The ketchup is a 1″ circle punch and the cheese is just a 1 inch square. To make the lettuce I used the Wonderful Wreath framelit, sponged the edges, and then cut it apart. The picnic table is just strips of card stock. To make the tablecloth, I took strips and wove them then stuck them to a triangle of card stock and glued them to the table. The ice cream cone is the Sprinkles of Life set with the tree builder punch. To make the popsicles I took a rectangle and rounded the corners. I scored it and created mountain and valley folds for the shape and added a word window punch for the stick. Hope that helps with the explanation a little.

Thanks for visiting me today. What do you think of my cards? I had fun making them and I hope you enjoyed them. Have a Marvelous Monday!
