Hello Everyone ~ I have a beautiful Remarkable You Card today that I colored in Wisteria Wonder
Yesterday I spent some more time organizing my things. While I was not in my craft room I did work on my armoire and dresser. I had a lot of clothes I no longer wear that I went through so that I could donate them to a local church where they would be put to good use. After that I went outside and shoveled my driveway and sidewalk. I have a fairly long driveway but I wanted to get the snow off of it before it melted and then refroze. I also wanted to get it done before the rain came in last night. It was pretty easy as I used the shovel like a snow plow. Now today when the sun comes out it will dry it up and I will be good to go. I also needed to be able to get out as I need to go get some storage bins for all my organizing! Will be checking out Lowe’s as someone sent me a picture of their store and they had a good price on the containers. If not I know Target and Wal-mart had them also. I am hoping to work some more in my craft room.
I am trying some new things so I would like your feedback on this. First I am planning on doing a Facebook Live on Wednesday at 2:00 pm EST. I would love for you to join me. We will be making a card. If you want to work along with me, you can see the card and the list of supplies on my Facebook page. You may have to like my page to see it first. This will be my first one so I am sure there will be glitches and issues but I will get it right.
Next I am using a new way to upload my photos. I am hoping this gives you a much clearer picture as there are fewer transfers of the image which messes up the resolution. Today’s card is the first I have done this way so let me know if you think it is clearer.
Now for the card! The image for this card is one from my stack of colored images from a while ago. I decided to pair it with some of the new Petal Passion items. Make sure you check out my Petal Passion class which is the new Creations of the Month Class that you can find here . This class is very popular and you don’t want to miss out! I took my image and cut a piece of Wisteria Wonder card stock a little bigger than the image. Then I used the Petal Pairs embossing folders and embossed one side of the card stock. I used the debossed side and attached the image using dimensionals. For my card base I used a piece of the Petal Passion dsp and mounted onto a slightly larger Basic Black card stock. I wanted some sparkle so I opted to add a Gold 1/8″ ribbon and a bow to the left hand side of the panel. This panel was mounted onto a Whisper White card base. To finish off my card, I added my image panel. Here is the completed Remarkable You Card.
