Hello Stampers ~ You have got to see my beautiful Seaside Spray for Daisy Lane creation today.
I got my errands completed and did work on the beginning of some projects yesterday. I had some techniques I wanted to do but they involved embossing and some drying time. I got the images embossed and the next step completed so they are drying and I will finish them today. Today I need to clean my ceiling fans and baseboards and swiffer my floors. After that I will be in my studio where I have to make my video for tomorrow as well as some cards for next week. I am having some internet issues. It is the company’s mistake but it is frustrating. Hopefully they have fixed the problem and it won’t happen again.
One of my favorite new In Colors is Seaside Spray. It is a pretty blue. I decided to use some coloring on the back of vellum to create my card today. The Daisy Lane is one of the first bundles I ordered. I love daisies so I had to add this set to my collection. I stamped the 2 daisies on vellum using Whisper White craft ink. I repeated this step so I had 2 large and 2 smaller daisies. I also stamped and embossed 2 ferns also. Alcohol markers were used to color the back of each of the images. Whisper White embossing powder was used to emboss all the daisies and the coordinating punches were used to cut them out. The ferns were fussy cut. A piece of Seaside Spray panel was embossed using the Basket Weave embossing folder. To put my card together, I used a Seaside Spray card base. The embossed Seaside Spray panel was added to a slightly larger Whisper White panel. A bow of the Silver Metallic edged ribbon was added at the top using Tear & Tape. This panel was then added to the card base. Glue dots were used to add the ferns to the large daisy. This daisy was then added to the lower left hand corner of the card front using dimensionals. The smaller flower was added just above the larger one using glue dots. Here is the completed Seaside Spray for Daisy Lane creation.
