Happy Friday Stampers!
Well I had another busy week but today is my play day! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!
Friday’s are always fun for me. We have such an eclectic style of stampers in our group at Sketch Frenzy Friday that we never know what kind of sketch we will have to work with. This week our sketch was created by Jennifer Weide.
When I saw this I did not want to use a flower for the punched piece so I went looking for another shape. I had just gotten the Labels framelits so there was my punched piece. To add some interest I also cut out a lattice and added it to the cut out space. I then went to my favorite living thing – a butterfly – and added it over the cut out section. I did add some embossing which I highlighted with a sponge dauber and some ink. Then it just needed a sentiment and a ribbon. Here is what I created.

We would love to have you play along with us. Head on over to the Sketch Frenzy Friday blog to see what the other designers created. Then grab your supplies and play along with us. Thanks for looking and have a Fabulous Friday!

This is just so sweet! Love that you changed up the cut-out and flower image! And the colors are soft and pretty!
What a cleaver idea to use alternate shapes for the focal image. The Butterfly is a perfect touch!
WOW! You got me with this one! I love the Twitterpated DSP and butterflies. So pretty!
It is wonderful – love Twitterpated DSP (so sorry it is gone!) and the ideas you used and that you texturized the butterfly. Great ideas!
