Hello!
Wow last night was unbelievable. I got out of class to text messages from my youngest that she was in the ER with an appendicitis. It is no fun being a mom on the east coast when your daughter is on the west coast. Why do they have to grow up and move so far away from home? This is the part of being a mom I don’t like! Ok, enough complaining on to my card.
Since it is Friday it is time for another sketch challenge at Sketch Frenzy Friday. Our sketch this week was created by Tammy Fite.
When I saw this I thought of some of the Comfort Cafe ds paper. I knew I had to pair it with the Wonderfall stamp set. I even used some of my Summer Starfruit stitched satin ribbon which is okay since I am not fond of this color. Here is what I created.

I hope you enjoyed my card today. Head on over to the Sketch Frenzy Friday blog to see what the other ladies did with the sketch. Thanks for looking and have a Fabulous Friday!

Yes, I like this very much. Nice colors. So sorry your daughter is in the hospital. I know how frustrating it must be. Hope she is doing better today. Hugs to you.
Beautiful fall card! Love how the leaves are highlighted with the oval! And the colors from the dsp are just perfect!
Hope your daughter gets to feeling better soon! I will be praying for you, too!!
Wonderful card! I am crazy about plain and simple designs. Now, about your daughter…where does she live, in Southern CA? I can only imagine how you must feel, but I'm sure she is just fine – but most probably missing her parents!f Take good care…and try not to worry too much!
So pretty! I love it!
Hope your daughter is okay. My son is graduating this year, and wants to go to Maryland for college!! So far away! How do you do it?
Robbie, your card has a warm and wonderful feeling to it! and I'm happy you selected the comfort cafe dsp, because your card is just stunning!
I hope that your daughter is recovering comfortably and everything went well. Take care my friend.
