Kraft and Black, What a Beautiful Neutral Color Combination

Sorry for the late post today. I had dinner with a wonderful friend last night and we had some interesting conversation. I got home a little late and when I opened the door I had quite a mess to clean up from Bijou (my puppy). Needless to say I will be so glad when she is finally housebroken. Anyone got any good hints?

Also I just noticed I hit 5000 blog hits. I will put together some blog candy and post it sometime this weekend for 1 lucky reader!

Today’s card was made for the Splitcoast Stampers color challenge this week. We were to use Apricot Appeal, Certainly Celery, and Pixie Pink. I love these colors together. I used the sketch from the Card Positioning System blog. I paired up the colors with the neutral Kraft and it just didn’t look right. So I added black and that made everything pop. Here is the sketch and my creation.

Sorry the picture is dark. It was a cloudy day when I took this. Thanks for looking and have a Fantastic Friday!

  1. Hi Robby. I like the layout and flowers. Not too sure about them with the brown, but of course that's me. Thanks for sharing. Sandy
