Happy Monday Everyone ~ Are you ready for a Spooky card?
Well yesterday was another successful day. The kids were gone all day so I was able to make 4 videos. I will have a few later this week.
The challenge at Make My Monday today was a photo inspiration.
When I saw the picture, I immediately saw the background and the trees. I decided to make my version of the background, I began with a piece of Whisper White card stock and sponged on some Daffodil Delight ink all over. After I had that applied, I sponged on some Tangerine Tango in various spots. To finish off my background I sponged on some Cherry Cobbler. I continued sponging the Tangerine and Cherry until I was happy with the look. I mounted this piece onto a Basic Black card stock base. I then used the Halloween Scenes edgelits to cut out the witch and the tree. I added small dots of glue to the tree and set it aside to dry some. I stamped the moon from Spooky Fun onto Dazzling Diamond glitter paper using Memento Tuxedo black ink. I used the 1 3/8″ circle punch to punch it out. I attached my tree to the bottom of my paper. I added the moon in the upper corner. I used some Basic Black card stock and the Halloween Scenes edgelits to cut out a witch. I used glue dots to add her to my card near the moon. I finished off the card with some black sequins. Here is my version of the photo inspiration.
