Sppoky Framed House

Good Morning Everyone!

Today I am on my way to a baby shower.  My best friend’s son is expecting their first child.  This will be her first grand child.  It is a boy.  I am so excited for her!

Before I left for California I was looking at my folder on Pinterest.  I chose several of them to CASE with my twist.  I saw a card by Nancy at iguanastamp that I wanted to try doing but use a Halloween scene.

To start I masked off a rectangle on the card front.  I then used sponges to create a night scene.  I cut a house from Basic Black cardstock and glued it in the lower right corner of the scene.  I stamped some bats and my scene was done.  To add my twist, instead of just drawing a rectangle frame around the card, I used my rectangle framelits and cut the center from another piece of card stock.  I then used the Project Life pens and drew a frame around the cut out.  I attached it to the card front with dimensionals.  To finish it off, I colored some pearls with a marker and placed them in the upper left and lower right of the frame.  Here is my creation.

Thanks for visiting me today.  Are you getting tired of seeing my Halloween cards?  Have a Sensational Sunday!
