Spring Tulips from Penny Black

Hello everyone – I have some Spring Tulips from Penny Black for you today.
I have been wanting to play with some tulips and in Penny Black’s recent release she had some that I decided to try.
Today’s Project
I love red tulips in the Spring but I did not have any graduated red ink pads so I went with some pink and red ones.

I used some of the Pop Tone Wild Cherry card stock and the Cougar White smooth. After embossing the image I used the stencils to color it.

This card uses a tulip stamp set and punch for a fun idea. This card uses a frame idea to make an interesting card front.
