Hello Stampers ~ how about a Fall idea with my Stampin’ Up Buffalo Check Fall Leaves creation.
Today I do not have any plans. I may try and make some videos as I have a trip coming up and need to work ahead. I also need to make my thank you cards and a birthday card. I also need to start working on my OnStage swaps. I have my ideas just need to make them. Maybe I will work on the thank you cards and the birthday card. Then if I have time I will make one OnStage swap and a video.
Last week I did Halloween cards all week. This week I think I will do some Fall cards. I have several ideas so I can work on them. For my first card I decided to use the Buffalo Check stamp set again. I paired it with the Colorful Seasons leaves. Add in some burlap ribbon and gold thread for the perfect card. I began by stamping the Buffalo background check stamp on Whisper White using Mossy Meadow. I added some Cajun Craze lines. A strip of the burlap ribbon was added to the bottom and the panel was attached to a Cajun Craze card base. To make my leaves I used the stamp from Colorful Seasons and sponged Mossy Meadow and Cajun Craze ink randomly. I stamped it and cut it out using the coordinating die. I repeated this procedure 2 more times so I had 3 leaves. I then used the detailed leaf thinlit and cut one out using gold foil paper. I added my leaves ~ 2 of the colored at the bottom and tied the stems using Linen thread. The gold foil leaf was added to the back of the 2 leaves. The third leaf was used in the upper right hand corner. I added some gold thread to the card then added leaf to the card using dimensionals. Here is the completed Stampin’ Up Buffalo Check Fall Leaves creation.
