Stampin’ Up Dandelion Wishes in Blueberry Bushel

Good Morning Stampers ~ I played with the Stampin’ Up Dandelion Wishes in Blueberry Bushel stamp set today.

Well I got all my videos created yesterday.  That is good as I can always edit them and post them from Jess’.  All cards are made so I am set to post all the way through December unless I messed up.  I also got a few other tasks crossed off my list.  Right now I have Thank You notes, Christmas cards, and one more project to get finished.  I also need to wrap gifts.  I think I may take the notes and cards to Jess’ and work on them there.  The other project I have to finish is all stamped and just needs to be assembled.  I will take it with me and work on it at Jess’.  That means I have to take all my photos of my cards before I leave and a few other small things to make.  Then I will wrap gifts.  I started that last night as I want them wrapped before I go to Jess’ because of the girls.  It will be a busy few days before I hit the road.

I wanted to play with the Dandelion Wishes stamp set as I had not used it a while.  I opted to combine it with the star pattern from the Bokeh Dots stamps.  I began by stamping the stars with Soft Sea Foam.  I wanted the dandelion to  be sparkly so I pulled out some retired Iridescent Ice embossing powder.  I inked up the stamp with Versamark then stamped it onto the Blueberry Bushel ink pad.  I stamped it onto my card panel and added some Iridescent Ice embossing powder.  I heat set it and now the dandelion is very sparkly.   I added a Blueberry Bushel ribbon and then mounted the panel onto a Blueberry Bushel card base.  I stamped the sentiment using Blueberry Bushel in and my card is finished.  Here is the completed Stampin’ Up Dandelion Wishes in Blueberry Bushel creation.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  I have so missed the Iridescent Ice embossing powder.  I was glad I pulled it out and played with it.  It lets you add sparkle without smearing the ink which happens with you use the Wink of Stella.  Have a Terrific Tuesday and I love the color combination of my Stampin’ Up Dandelion Wishes in Blueberry Bushel creation, don’t you?
