Hello Everyone ~ I have another idea for the soon to be released designer series paper with my Stampin’ Up Dandy Garden True Friend card.
I originally thought this paper was too dark in color so I wasn’t going to order it. I saw some projects online that used the paper and they were gorgeous so I decided to take a chance and order it to play with. While the paper uses dark colors, you can brighten them up by using small amounts of the paper and lots of white or Bumblebee which is a color in the collection.
Since the paper has dandelions and dragonflies in the pattern I remembered we had a couple of products that might coordinate with it to extend the use the the paper. The Dandelion Wishes stamp set has images of dandelions so I decided to find a pattern that had dandelions in it to coordinate with the stamp set. There was a gorgeous pattern with dandelions and a Misty Moonlight background. I knew it would be perfect for the stamp set.
We also have the Dandelions 3D embossing folder so I decided to use it also. To create a great background I used a piece of vellum and embossed it using the embossing folder. This adds a great touch to the card. All I had to do was stamp my image and sentiment and put my card together. Here is the video for the Stampin’ Up Dandy Garden True Friend card.
