Stampin’ Up Design a Daydream Note
Hello Everyone – 2 different patterns were used for today’s Stampin’ Up Design a Daydream Note card.
I am working on the latest Kendra’s Card Challenge templates and I was not certain what I was going to do with the patterns for today’s card. The layout is part of the challenge and once you cut your six sheets of 6 x 6 pattern paper each piece is assigned a card. I think this one turned out better than I thought it would.
The Design a Daydream pattern paper is a great collection of papers. I have played with it so much and still have lots left. It is definitely a good value for this product.
Since the pattern paper is the star of the show, I wanted to find a sentiment and stamp set that would be a great match. I kept my sentiment general and felt it needed something to add some interest to the sentiment panel. I used an image and used a 4th generation stamping since Blackberry Bliss is such a dark color.
I needed some bling so I added some rhinestones on the corner of the smaller panel. The daisy is a great image to use to decorate the inside of the card and envelope.
I have used this same image for other cards using the same pattern paper. Here is one that uses the Mint Macaron pattern paper in the collection. This card uses another image in the same stamp set with a different pattern from the collection.
