Stampin’ Up Meadow Dies

Stampin’ Up Meadow Dies

Hello Everyone – today’s Stampin’ Up Meadow Dies card was for the CASEing the Catty Sunday Challenge Facebook group.

The flower dies are colored with ink blending. Great way to personalize you card. Don't miss the details for the Stampin' Up Meadow Dies creation.

My card was designed for the CASEing the Catty Sunday Challenge. The challenge this week was to case a your favorite project from the July – December 2021 Mini Catalog.

To begin, I searched through the catalog looking for a project that appealed to me. I ended up all the way at the back on page 71. I have the Harvest Dies but wanted to use the idea for the Meadow dies to show how one card can be used to create the same card with a different stamp set.

I cut the flowers out of White card stock and then used Mango Melody and Pear Pizzazz to color them. To add some contrast I used Cajun Craze to cut out one of the other dies. I love the Mango Melody, Pear Pizzazz, and Cajun Craze color combo don’t you? They really pop on the Evening Evergreen background.

I loved the pattern paper that was used on the card on the catalog so opted to use the same pattern. The original had several different ribbons which added to the texture. I used the ribbon I had to keep that texture also. My sentiment came from Daisy Lane is one I use a lot.

To finish off my card I used a stencil created when I cut out my flowers and ink blended the color in the opening for the inside panel and the envelope.

The flower dies from the Meadow dies collection make great stencils. Look at all the details for the Stampin' Up Meadow Dies creation to see the colors I used.

Card Stock measurements for this project

These dies are one of my favorite right now. For this card I used the same flower die to go with the Border dies. This little flower die makes an adorable addition to the black and white card.
