Stampin’ Up Sending Smiles stencil background
Happy Friday Stampers – I am at it again with today’s Stampin’ Up Sending Smiles stencil background idea!
I saw another idea online from another company and was inspired by Marie Fort’s card to make a Stampin’ Up version. She had stenciled the background and used die cuts for her flowers. I knew I could do this idea with our supplies. I love how simple this card turned out. Maybe I should have added another flower, what do you think?
The Artistic Mix decorative masks have a variety of patterns to play with. Which would be your favorite to play with?
I made a video with tips on using the stencils and to show how I made my card. Here it is.
I played with adding black lines to define the flower head. This was a fun idea to try.
The stamp set has the same image as the die cut that I used to decorate the inside of the card and envelope.
Here is another idea using the same stamp set as today’s card. Another quick and easy idea with this bundle. One of the other stamps in the set was used to create this idea.
