Hello Everyone ~ I am sharing a card I designed using Stampin’ Up’s New Dandy Garden suite.
One of the advantages to being a demonstrator is seeing products before the catalog goes live to customers. One of those suites we could order to play with and it was also used in the recent OnStage at Home that demos could attend. I ordered the suite when I found out they were going to use it for the make-n-takes that were scheduled.
The products I used on my card today used one of the stamp bundles. This bundle consists of 4 sentiments, 2 dragonflies, a cluster of little dragonflies that are great for a background, a bouquet of tall flowers, and a stamp that colors the wings of the dragonflies. I chose to use the bouquet of tall flowers and emboss them using gold embossing powder. I also stamped a dragonfly and used the coordinating punch to punch it out.
I paired the images with some of the beautiful Dandy Garden designer series paper. This paper had dandelions on some of the patterns as well as dragonflies. The other side of the double sided paper has solid colors with geometric patterns. They coordinate well and are perfect for creating quick and easy cards. Check out my video for Stampin’ Up’s New Dandy Garden suite idea. Make your list to order these beautiful products in January when the catalog goes live!
