Sunny Days Sale-a-bration in Poppy Parade

Hello Everyone – I let the dsp do the work on the Sunny Days Sale-a-bration in Poppy Parade card.

Sometimes there is a dsp pattern that I can’t figure out how to use. Today’s card was one of those cards. This paper pattern is very busy and I struggle with those kinds of papers. I found a layout that I figured would work with using this paper.

This was another birthday card that I shared on my Facebook page for our month long series. When you don’t want to use a large piece of dsp, cut it smaller and add a large sentiment. You can add the sentiment at the top or the bottom. I thought it looked better at the top for this idea. It needed something else for some interest so a bow of the black and white gingham ribbon was used. The black with the red is striking don’t you think?

Simple layouts are great for dsp that can be a challenge. Here is another layout that also has a busy dsp. You don’t need to use a straight edge as this idea has a busy dsp with an angle.
