Do you have some fun plans for the weekend? I missed the weather last night but I think we are going to have a wintry mix off and on this weekend. I did catch that next week we are going to get bitter cold again. Not what I like to hear.
My card today was inspired by the Take Ten magazine. This is a magazine of all cards that can be created in 10 minutes or less. This card fits the bill. I made this card really quick but it is a great card.
The card in the magazine had a swirl at the bottom and then a swirled image behind a punched butterfly. I pulled out my Stampin’ Up sets that I could make work. I also used the same color combo that they used. Here is my version of their card.

If you have not seen this magazine you should check it out. It is not like the other papercrafting magazines. I stopped my subscriptions to those as they seemed to be filled with ads more than anything else. Not true with this one. It is more expensive but you can easily recreate the cards in this one. I bought one copy to see if it was worth the money and it is. I will be getting the subscription to this one for at least a year to see if I use it enough.

Love your card…plain and simple, yet love that most people's designs are never that drastic, well, rarely. Beautiful!!!! And yes have been checking out Take Ten…may buy an issue or two to see if it is worth the subscription price. Thank you for sharing about it!
