Happy Easter!
I had the idea for this card about 2 weeks ago and started working on it. The reason it took so long is I had to do each layer and let it dry in between. I was also busy working on other cards to post so I was finally able to finish the card so I could post it.
I began by stamping my image and tracing the lines with a Spica Black microflake pen. Then I used Crystal Effects and various glitters to fill in the image (I will tell you that I let the Crystal Effects dry at least 1 day in between each layer as I did not want the glitter to mix). To make the inside layer I cut my white cardstock and put the corner of the rectangle in the arch lattice punch and evened it out and punched it. I had to trim the arches on each end a little but that was all that had to be done. Here is the creation that currently has been the one that has taken to longest to complete.
inside of card
Stamps: Mosiac Daisy (CarvedStamps.com), Itty Bitty Backgrounds Paper: Ballet Blue, Basic Black, white Ink: Ballet Blue, Palette Noir Black Accessories: glitter, Arch Lattice punch (Martha Stewart), ribbon and silver brads (Pink Hedgehog), sticky tape, dimensionals
Thanks for looking and have a great Easter Sunday!
Robbie

Ooh Robbie. Very bu..te..ful as my little Taylor would say. That did take some time and well worth it. I just love it, the colors, the flower, the design. Sandy
