Translucent Florals
Hello everyone – I have been playing with this stamp set and created the Translucent Florals card today.
Welcome to the monthly Inspirations in Ink Blog Hop. This month we are playing with the Translucent Florals bundle. Thanks for joining us. I hope you enjoy my project.
You may be starting here – Creations in Paper – or have come from another blog – either way you can find the Blog Roll at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today.
I am in love with the fabulous images in the Translucent Florals bundle. The intricately designed flowers create unique images to use on your cards. Go bold with your colors or use pastels for a soft look. This bundle is very versatile. For my card I used the coordinating dsp in the Online Exclusives collection for a fun patchwork look. Check out my card using the Translucent Florals bundle.
The Translucent Florals bundle has images with coordinating dies as well as stand alone dies to create gorgeous flowers. If you have not paid attention to this bundle make sure you give it a second look! And in October if you place a $35 qualifying order in my online store using the new host code, you can get the bundle tutorial for free. A win-win for you!
The Delightful Floral dsp in the Online Exclusives in my shop is gorgeous and coordinates beautifully. The floral patterns were perfect to combine and make this patchwork design card.
The Iridescent rhinestones are the perfect gem to use with these flowers. They pick up the color of the paper it is used with making them the gem to use with any paper or card stock.
I am just starting to play with the Translucent Floral bundle so I don’t have other cards to share with you. I have however used the Iridescent rhinestones quite a bit. Look at how they look clear on this white background. On this card the ones on the purple paper look purple and the ones on the green look green.
Here are the supplies you will need to make your version of the Translucent Florals card
