Trying an Easel Card

Good Morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was very productive. I helped my friend move on Saturday as well as put together some photo albums for a craft show I have coming up. On Sunday I made a few cards to post this week as well as worked on a project for the ladies at New Towne Village.
My card today uses a new technique. On Splitcoast Stampers there was a challenge to make an easel card. I thought it would be fun to try something new and Penny Wessenauer posted a great template here. I did modify my size to be a 4 1/2″ square card. I combined it with the color challenge at the Color Dare blog. Here is my creation.

Stampin’ Up Supplies
Stamps: Baroque Motifs, Heard from the Heart Paper: Basic Black, Crushed Curry, Going Gray, Perfect Plum, Tempting Turquoise Ink: Going Gray, Perfect Plum Accessories: Tempting Turquoise marker, gold brads
Hope you enjoyed my card. I am working on getting the pictures for 2 of my New Towne Village projects posted. Check back later to see what the ladies will be working on. Thanks for looking and have a Marvelous Monday!
