Turquoise Snowflake

It’s Friday!!!!!!!!!!!  Do you have some plans for the weekend?  My daughter is coming to visit and I have my second session of my Christmas stamp-a-stack.  We will be having fun making Christmas cards on Saturday.  Why don’t you pull out your Christmas sets and make some too.

For my card today I used the sketch challenge from Mary Jo’s Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge

This was an interesting sketch but you know me, I modified it a bit to fit my needs.  I used some of our new Designer Series paper you can get my color collections.  This is a fabulous deal if you are looking for some designer paper.

I thought it would be fun to use a nontraditional color to stamp a snowflake.  I chose the largest image from Serene Snowflakes.  I don’t think I have ever used this stamp.  After I stamped it I added some rhinestones to give it some bling.  Here is my creation.

Hope you enjoyed my card today.  Thanks for looking and have a Fabulous Friday!

  3. I love these colors for Christmas. Although I am pretty traditional about Christmas with some thinks decorations and cards are not in that list, I love the non traditional here. Great job, thanks so much for playing along.
