Using dies in a fun way

Hello everyone – I have a lot of dies and found a way to create this card Using dies in a fun way.

I was watching another company’s You Tube and loved the technique used to create a fun element on the side of the card. I went looking at my dies to see if I had a similar one I could use to create my card. I found one very similar to the Penny Black one and used it for my card. The retired Deco Labels dies had a very similar shape so I used 2 of them that were close in size to die cut the shape and the frame. After I cut the frame I used it to stamp my image in the opening. Then I just added the layer and frame back to the card using dimensionals. Here is one of the cards I made using this technique.

I decided to use the same technique and make a masculine idea. Here is what I made for card 2.

White – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
4″ x 5 1/4″

I have used the Magnolia Mood to make Michaela’s birthday card using similar colors. Here is another idea using the same image for another masculine idea.
