Hello! Sorry for the late post today but I had to wait for the sun to get my pictures. Today’s card uses an idea that I hadn’t used in quite a while – a mini envelope on the front of a card. I was looking through an old stamping magazine and ran across a page with cards using mini envelopes. I hadn’t done one of these in a while and thought it would be fun to make one for Valentine’s Day. I decided to have the envelope open at the top and hearts to appear as if they were falling out of the envelope. I think it makes a very pretty feminine card. What do you think?

Stamps: Polka Dots & Paisley, Wonderful Words (both retired) Paper: Pink Pirouette, white, Bella Rose PP Ink: Pirouette, Regal Rose Accessories: mini envelope template (retired), heart punches, Martha Stewart heart border punch, pink gingham ribbon (Michael’s), 1/4″ pink organdy ribbon (JoAnn’s), sticky tape, dimensionals
So do you like this pretty Valentine card? Let me know. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

I do like the card and will copy the idea to make a few more cards that I need. Sandy

What a super cute idea!!!! Love the spilling hearts!
Very sweet card Robbie – love the idea of the hearts tumbling from the little pouch! That’s a great idea which can be used for any other theme.
I like the beautiful lacey border too – so delicate.
Love it – thanks for sharing!
