Happy Monday Stampers ~ have you tried the Vertical Greetings Hello idea?
Wow did we get some rain yesterday! It rained all day long. At times it was hard. I had some errands to run in the morning but then spent some time in my craft room. I managed to work on another set from the Annual Catalog and made 3 cards using the set. Today I have workshop this afternoon. This morning I will be cutting the paper and setting up as well as making my little goodie for the ladies coming to my workshop. It will be a busy morning!
My card today is the first card I created when I started working through the catalog with the sets I have. The first set in the catalog that I have is Vertical Greetings. This is a great stamp set and I love the vertical greetings in it. A nice change from the horizontal greetings in all the other sets. I began my coloring my image with my markers. I used Granny Apple Green for the pot, Early Espresso for the stem, and Calypso Coral for the topiary top. I mounted the completed image onto a piece of Calypso Coral card stock. I used some of the retired 1/8″ silver ribbon for the bottom. I then used the Detailed Floral thinlits to cut out the edge of a Whisper White panel. This was mounted to a Granny Apple Green card base. The sentiment is from Jar of Love and was stamped using Calypso Coral. The stamped panel was added using dimensionals. Here is my completed Vertical Greetings Hello creation.
