Winter Magic simple card

Hello everyone – I love playing with winter pattern paper and I used a beautiful collection to make today’s Winter Magic simple card.
When I saw this paper I had to order it. It is a huge collection of paper in various shades of blue, browns, and white with various winter animals. I can’t wait to design more ideas with this paper.
Today’s Project
I loved the owl image and knew I wanted to use it. I paired it with some owl pattern paper. To make sure the owl image stood out from the pattern paper, I added a strip of snowflakes stamped on tan cardstock.

The owl image was lost on the card so I mounted it onto a piece of navy cardstock and cut around the shape. It was added to the card front using foam adhesives. Some silver gems finish off the card.

Here is a short video showing how to make the card.
I am just starting to play with this collection of paper. I used this paper to make this cute snowman card. Here is another winter card that has a fun ribbon embellishment.
