Hello Ladies!
I am on my way to my friend’s house in North Carolina. It will take me about 6 hours to get there. Think of my as I am driving. I am hoping to find the football game and listen to it.
My card today actually fits 2 challenges. SU Only Challenges has a Cards in Wintertime challenge. You are to make a card you would send out during the winter months.
CAS on Sunday had a theme challenge. The theme was Winter. So as long as it was a clean and simple winter card it was acceptable.
I decided to pull out my Sheltering Tree set. I stamped the grass as snow mounds. I then tore the edges and used some 2-Way glue to add some Dazzling Diamonds glitter. I then stamped my tree and added my hills of snow using dimensionals on the the front one. I then stamped snowflakes all over the front of the card. I punched a blue bird using the Tree Builder punch. I added it to a branch of the tree using a glue dot. The only thing I needed was a sentiment. Here is my Winter card!
