Happy Monday Everyone! Can you believe that in 3 days it will be Thanksgiving? It just seems like yesterday it was the first day of school. This year really flew by! Do you have plans for Thanksgiving? I will watch the Rose Bowl parade and have a traditional turkey dinner and naturally watch the football games.
Today I have an ATC for you. I decided to participate in a different ATC swap on Splitcoast. This one was to create a winter scene. I got a new set from Anna Wight at Whipper Snapper that had this cabin in the snow and thought it would make a cute ATC. I must say this project changed so much from the time I started it. I had wanted to use Liquid Applique to do the snow but mine had dried up. I have purchased it before at JoAnn’s so I stopped in there yesterday after our Christmas stamp-a-stack (it was a fun time for everyone, if you didn’t make it you missed out on some cute cards). I was then told they no longer carried it. (AHHHHHHH, where will I get it now?) So now I had to change my plans.
I decided to try the Martha Stewart snow glitter I had read about on other blogs. I ended up painting on Elmer’s Glue and then sprinkling the glitter on the image. I used a dauber to sponge the edges with Baja Breeze. When I had them all done it seemed bare so I punched some snowflakes from Baja Breeze and white both with silver sponged on top and vellum. I layered them in the upper left corner but it still needed something. I had punched some felt snowflakes using my Cuttlebug die so I decided to add glitter to them. I smashed them onto my glue pad then sprinkled white glitter on top. I let them dry and then pop dotted them in the upper right hand corner. I was finally satisfied with my ATC. Here is what the finished card looked like.

Stamps: Penguin Antics (Whipper Snapper) Paper: Baja Breeze, white, vellum Ink: Always Artichoke, Baja Breeze, Palette Noir Black, Riding Hood Red, Summer Sun Accessories: Snow wheel and handle, Iridescent Ice embossing powder, Elmer’s glue, paintbrush, snowflake punch, Snowflake die (Cuttlebug), glue pad, white glitter, Martha Stewart snow glitter, daubers, vellum tape, dimensionals
I will be working on some challenges to post so you have some creations to look at. Let me know what you think of my ATC. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Very cute! Thanks for playing!
Super cute ATC, Robbie. Love all the snow!
