Working on Some Easter Cards

I got some new unmounted stamps the other day. I like the Whipper Snapper stamps as they have some cute animal stamps. I had originally wanted to use another image I got but when I went to stamp it I realized I did not have an acrylic block big enough for it. I will be looking for one of those as the stamp is a cute Easter one.

I decided to use this image instead. I had in my mind to make a purple and yellow card. I stamped the image and colored using makers. To make the word pop I outlined the letters with my Elegant Eggplant marker. Once it was finished I mounted in and then went searchin for some patterned paper (I just knew I had purple and yellow plaid in my scrap stash). After that it was a matter of putting the card together. I know in the picture the cardstock looks blue but it is really Almost Amethyst. Hope you like it.
