Good Morning! Only 1 more day and the weekend is here.
I thought I would share my workshop cards with you today. The ladies had a great time last night making them and another groups will make them on Saturday.
The first card is a Spring card. I seem to be on a purple kick lately. Not sure why, maybe it is because it is a color you see a lot in the Spring.
Stamps: Butterfly in Flight, Oval All Paper: Almost Amethyst, So Saffron, white, Tea Party DS Ink: Almost Amethyst, Lovely Lilac Accessories: Scallop Oval & Eyelet Border punches, ribbon (Ribbons and Bows Oh My), sticky tape, dimensionals
The next card uses rub-ons that I have had since last year. One of my customers mentioned that she has them from last year also and needed some ideas for using them. I told her I would design a card for the workshop to give her some ideas. Here is what I came up with.
Stamps: Baroque Motifs Paper: Sage Shadow Ink: Handsome Hunter Accessories: Love & Happiness Rub-ons (SAB last year), ribbon (Michael’s)
The third card uses one of my favorite color combinations. For some reason this color combination just lends itself to some pretty flower cards. We all have large images and aren’t sure how to use them. I stamped the flower several times on different colored paper and then cut out the various layers. I then used dimensionals to layer for the finished flower. I took this large image and made a simple but very pretty card.
Stamps: Garden Greetings, Circle of Friendship, Gladsome Garden (retired) Paper: Regal Rose, Rose Red, So Saffron, white Ink: Bravo Burgundy, Regal Rose, Rose Red, So Saffron Accessories: 1″ circle punch, Garden Green marker, ribbon (Pink Hedgehog), sticky tape, dimensionals
The last card uses a lot of punches. I saw this idea on the Rubber Stamping Diva blog. Samantha has some super ideas for using punches to create lots of images you can use different ways. I used her bunny face to make this cute card.
Stamps: No Bunny Like You (TAC – sentiment) Paper: Green Galore, Pretty in Pink, Tempting Turquoise, white, Rainbow Sherbet DS Ink: Green Galore, Pretty in Pink, Tempting Turquoise Accessories: black and Pretty in Pink brads (Pink Hedgehog), Punches – 3/4″ – 1″ – 1 3/4″ circle, large and small oval, Designer label, Word Window, Spring Blossoms (retired), Arch Lattice border (Martha Stewart), sponge dauber, dimensionals
Hope you enjoyed the cards. I am going to work on some challenges today. Have a great day!
Robbie

Okay I love the bunny card. He is too cute and what a way to use punches. Will save the idea for next year since my 25 cards are done. I loved the blue and yellow card the best. Everything I like blue, edge punches, and butterflies. Sandy
