Good Morning Ladies!
Well the guy in the brown truck showed up yesterday with my box of new SU goodies. I got the new catalog as well as the new In Color paper, ink, and markers. I also got some of the new ds paper and a new stamp set. I was so excited yesterday and I played a little with some new goodies on my card today.
I saw this sketch challenge at Red Hot Stampers Sketch Challenge blog
When I saw this sketch I new it needed to be simple so I went looking at my new ds paper for one to use. I found the perfect piece in Comfort Cafe. This paper also uses one of the new In Color colors Midnight Muse. This is a pretty deep blue and I paired it with Pool Party as that is a Dynamic Duo from the color coach. I knew it would be perfect for the bird in Betsy’s Blossoms. Now I am not a bird person as I really love my butterflies so I was surprised I went for the bird. Here is my final creation.
