Good Morning Stampers!
Well yesterday I had my ladies at New Towne Village. They had a good time making some simple 4th of July cards. After that I cleaned my bathrooms and spent the day knitting. I have a shawl I need to have finished by the 20th so I need to get it done. I plan on relaxing and knitting again tomorrow. I want to recuperate so I can get back to a regular routine. Today I am going to vacuum my house. Jess, Chris, and Zoie are headed to the beach for a week on Saturday so I want to have things in order before they leave.
My card today is for the Coloring Down the Lines blog hop. I am the start of the hop. This week our colors were chosen by Helen.
Our added piece this week was to use an edgelit or framelit border.
I have to admit when I went to work on this I was pretty tired and had no idea what I was going to do. I decided to make a bunch of punched flowers and I was going to use the edgelit down the side and have some stamped flowers down the inside of the card peeking out from the card front. I could not get my edgelit to cut on the card without ruining the card. I decided to make it a layer and add it on top. Here is what my final creation looked like.

Thanks for visiting me today. I hope you will be able to stay cool today as the temps are climbing. Have a Wonderful Wednesday!

Really pretty, Robbie.
Robbie, I really like this card! I know you said you didn't know what you were going to do, but you could have fooled me! I especially love the stamped flowers down the side!
