Stampin’ Up Beautiful Bouquet Better Friend

Happy Monday Ladies ~ I have a feminine Stampin’ Up Beautiful Bouquet Better Friend creation for you today.

Well today they are shocking my well.  I will be staying with my sister for 3 days as you can’t use the water.  I have packed some things to play with while I am there and I have a lot of computer work to do.  When I get back later this week I have to pack up a bunch of things to pack up and donate.  I managed to get 2 more sets completed for my Catalog Journey which leaves me 6 sets.  I will be working on those at the end of the week.

Yesterday I had 2 big jobs to get done before I could play.  I got them done by 1 had some lunch then hit the craft room.  I had a few cards to make that are design team commitments and I got them done.  I am feeling pretty good with having lots of content to share with you for the next month.  I know things will ramp up at the end of the week and I need to get my packing completed.  I have some empty bins that I can use for my winter clothes so I will get those packed up.  I also have some of Michaela’s things here I need to send to her.  It will be very busy starting at the end of the week.

I am continuing on my Catalog Journey today.  The stamp set that was up next is Beautiful Bouquet.  I had looked at this set every time I perused my catalog.  I finally decided that I needed to order it along with the coordinating framelits.  I love the color combination in the Tropical Escape designer series paper.  I decided to use the colors for my card today.  I began by stamping the leaf spray using Mint Macaron ink.  The flowers were inked up with Blushing Bride and added to the leaf spray.  This piece was mounted onto a piece of Mint Macaron card stock.  I stamped my sentiment using Shaded Spruce and mounted it onto a piece of Blushing Bride card stock.  The panel of Shaded Spruce was embossed using the Polka Dots basic embossing folder.  The embossed panel was added to the Whisper White layer using Tear & Tape.  I then added the flower spray square using Tear & Tape also.  The sentiment layer was added using dimensionals.  This panel was added to a Blushing Bride card base.  To finish off my Stampin’ Up Beautiful Bouquet Better Friend creation I added some retired dots.
