Saying good-bye to a beautiful patterned paper

Well we have reached the middle of the week. I can’t believe that tomorrow is July. Does the time seem to be flying by for you also? Before you know it the kids will be going back to school.

I decided to use a patterned paper challenge at Just Add Ink . You were to include patterned paper on your creation. Since today is the last day that this paper is available I decided to use it for my card. I found a great sketch challenge at Create with Connie and Mary . I knew it would be perfect for this paper. I saw an ATC created by Eileen LeFevre that used the treatment of the Punched Posies set that I CASED. I loved what she did with the 2 images and knew it would be perfect for this card. I had some textured Melon Mambo cardstock that I used for the card base. Here is the sketch and my creation.
