A Christmas Greeting

Hello Everyone ~ I have A Christmas Greeting for you today.

Well we arrived in California on Saturday fairly early.  We picked up something to eat and went to Michaela’s since we could not get in until after 2:30.  We finally were able to get our key and head to the beach house. Here is my view for the next 10 days.

We literally walk off the patio and onto the sand.  The water is cold but that did not stop
Zoie she was in and wet in no time.  Remi on the other hand had some issues with the sand and would not walk on it or touch it.  Jess said she did the same thing when she went to the Outer Banks.  She eventually got over it.

Today is the Hand Stamped Sentiments sketch challenge.

This sketch had me stumped for a bit but then I took it apart an element at a time to get my final creation.  I began by adding some This Christmas Designer Series paper.  Then I ad to add the horizontal and vertical strips.  I chose to use some Whisper White card stock.  I then pulled out a silver metallic doily.  Then I needed to address the oval element.  I chose to use the snowflake from Tin of Tags and stamp it in Soft Sky.  To finish off the snowflake I stamped a partial sentiment from Candy Cane Christmas stamp set using Island Indigo.  I punched it out with a 2″ circle punch.  I then used the 2 1/2″ circle punch to punch a circle out of Island Indigo.  I added this to the card with dimensionals.  I stamped another of the snowflake onto a piece of Whisper White card stock with Soft Sky.  I used the  Snow Furry punch to punch out the snowflake.  I mounted this onto the card base using a dimensional.  Here is my completed card.

Make sure you head on over to the Hand Stamped Sentiments blog to see what the other ladies created using this sketch. I am sure they will be fabulous.

Thanks for visiting me today.  We are headed to Disney today so the girls can have a fun day.  Have a Terrific Tuesday!
