Happy St. Patrick’s Day Everyone!
I hope you all have your green on today. Does my title count as my green? Don’t forget to put something on so you don’t get pinched!
Today I am sharing my coloring for Day 14 of the coloring challenge.
I thought I would try a technique I had done earlier but the results were ok but not great. In a previous coloring challenge I had used the reinking of an embossing folder. The result was okay but it was a little pale I thought. I thought I would give it a try again but use medium colors instead of pale colors. I used a different embossing folder this time. I am still not happy with the results but maybe it was the embossing folder. Here is my coloring.
I thought for my card today, I would use one of the background I created on another coloring challenge day. I had used some blues and greens to create a watercolor background. I pulled out the background and added it to a card base. I then cut out a thinlet word and added it to the card. It still needed needed something so I cut out a butterfly and added it. Then I stamped a word underneath and my card was done. Here is my creation.

Thanks for visiting me today. I have my retirement village ladies this morning. We have missed the last 2 months due to snow. No chance of that today. Have a Terrific Tuesday!

I love your card, the water coloring reminds me of trees in the background….great colors and design! Your coloring card front is interesting….would be pretty to use it for a Winter scene….hoping you will try more of this type of technique!
