A Little Bit of Spring

Hello Ladies!

I finally made it to Friday!  This week has been hectic.  I have one more conference/midpoint evaluation that I am doing today and then I am done for 3 weeks when I have to do observations again.  I bought a flash drive with iCloud back up but I need to figure out how to upload it to iCloud.  I have tried a few times but have not been successful.  I think I may need Jess’ help.

My card today was needed for the SUDSOL Chat and Challenge I am hosting today.  I pick the challenge and with all the snow lately I thought it would be good to add some Spring – in the form of colors.  The challenge was to create a card using Spring Colors – pastels or a lot of yellow.

I checked out the Technique Time Tuesday challenge this month and it is using shaving cream.  Since I had not played with shaving cream in a while I decided to use this to make my background.  I chose to use Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, and Pear Pizzazz.

Once I had my background created I needed to design my card.  I loved the sketch at Clean & Simple

Now all I needed to do was create the card.  I had several shaving cream samples but went with a subtle one as I liked the look of it.  Here is my creation.

Have you ever played with shaving cream?   If you haven’t you should give it a try.  It is a lot of fun!

Thanks for visiting me today.  I hope you will create a card using Spring colors.  Have a Fabulous Friday!
