Across the Waves – Christmas Blessings idea
Hello everyone – I hope you are ready for some Christmas ideas as I have a quick and easy idea with the Across the Waves – Christmas Blessings idea.
Vicky and I are doing a Christmas in July event – I posted about it yesterday so scroll down when you finish this post to see all the details and sign up. We thought it would be fun to get you in the mood by sharing Christmas cards with you in June. You can see her project here.
We had wanted to use the same products we would be using in the all day event but mine have not arrived yet. They should be here this coming week. In the mean time we are going to use what we have in our stash.
Today’s Project
I decided to use a cut apart sheet I had gotten from Uniquely Creative. I love the colors in this collection so chose 3 elements to fussy cut. They were simple so it wasn’t bad. The background is actually a tag that I cut off to fit my paper.
I have always loved the saying believe at Christmas. I use it a lot when referring to Santa Claus but it is perfect for this Christmas card and the city of Jerusalem. I love the colors of the city and how they blend so well together. I found some stars in my stash to mimic the stars in the believe banner to use for the inside of the card and envelope.
