Amazing Friend

Hello Ladies!

I had a great weekend with my friend.  We visited 2 yarn shops and bought some yarn.  We saw them dye yarn at one of the shops.  It was interesting to watch the process.  We also had a great dinner with some other ladies from the local shop here.  We came home early yesterday as it was Zoie’s birthday.  Her mom and dad took her to the circus and then we met at her other grandparents house for dinner and cake.  She had a great time also.  I have some pictures on my cell phone but did not have time to transfer them to my computer.  I will do that and share them tomorrow.

My card today is for the sketch challenge from Mary Jo at Technostamper.    

I wondered what sentiment I had I could use to be the focal image of my card like the sketch.  I went looking through my catalog and ran across Amazing Family.   I knew it would be perfect so I started creating.  I found an image for the element running down the side of the card and then decided to make some vellum flowers for the 2 elements at the top.  Here is my creation.

I have a busy day today.  Lots going on as I do another final observation.
