Artistically Inked for Christmas

Artistically Inked for Christmas

Hello Everyone – find out how I used the image for a Christmas Rose to make the Artistically Inked for Christmas card.

This month Vicky and I are doing Christmas in July.

I have had so much fun looking at my stamp sets in a different way. Going through them and seeing which ones can be used for Christmas cards has had me thinking outside the box. Today I used a flower that reminded me of a Christmas Rose. I added a touch of gold to give it a festive look. I think they both were perfect for this card. The layout came from the sketch challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches.

Look at this fun Christmas Rose idea. The Artistically Inked for Christmas card uses the flower for the rose. Watch the video to see how easy it is.

The Artistically Inked stamp set has been around for a few years. I was glad to see it did not retire. I think this image is perfect for a Christmas Rose don’t you?

Here is the video so you can see how I created the Christmas Rose idea.

That sentiment is so perfect for letting someone special know you are thinking of them. The simple flower is a great image for this simple card.

The flower image was used to decorate the inside of the card and envelope. Love how it can be used for a Christmas Rose.

The flower image can be used for several flowers. I think this one looks like a hibiscus don’t you? And who says your flowers have to be traditional colors. Here is the flower in blue for a fun idea.

The Artistically Inked stamp set has been around for several years. I have used it a lot but I don’t think I have ever used it as a Christmas Rose. Don’t you love thinking outside the box for your stamps?

Don’t forget to check out Vicky’s card to see what she did for a Christmas card idea.

I hope I have inspired you with the Artistically Inked for Christmas card. Thanks for visiting with me.

Have a Sensational Sunday!
