Blooming Bling

Good Morning Everyone!

I am so excited to have my swaps almost done.  That will leave me some time to work on my hotel swap and my pillow gifts.  I have the ideas just need to get them made.  I will share all my swaps and pillow gifts with you once convention starts.

Today is the Late Night Stampers Weekly Challenge        

This week our challenge was to do a Clean & Simple card and bling it up.  This is right up my alley.  I love clean and simple cards and I love lots of bling.

I used the great sketch Mary Jo at Technostamper gave us.

To keep my card clean and simple using this sketch, I  decided to use white and one other color.  The background panel I went with a white embossed piece.  I then used the flower from Blooming with Kindness and stamped it for the center image as well as on the 2 horizontal panels.  To bling it up I stamped it with Versamark and Iridescent Ice embossing powder.  Here is my creation.

You can’t see the bling as it is too hard to photograph bling.  It sparkles quite a bit.  I also like the idea of using the stamp for the horizontal strips so it does not end up too busy.
