Border Dies

Border Dies

Happy Friday Stampers ~ Have you enjoyed my ideas using the Border Dies this week?

Tomorrow Jess and the girls are coming down to join in the fun.  It will be a full house!  It will be so much nice to have them all back together again.  The last time this happened Michaela was pregnant with Jake.  My how times flies!

For today’s creation I opted to use some masculine patterned paper and use a flower with it.  Isn’t it great that you can use masculine paper to create a feminine card?  It is so easy to do if you choose neutral patterns and then add a flower to make it feminine.

Since my flower has multi step stamping I had to find a color that would work.  Since the only flower color in the patterned paper was Poppy Parade I used a first, second and third generation stamping to get the different layers.

That zigzag border was the perfect one to use as it is not intricate and you did not loose the look with the paper being a plaid.  The graph paper is considered neutral so it was like working with a white panel.  To finish it off I had to add my bling!  Here is the last idea this week for the Border Dies.

The Border Dies made it easy to create a clean and simple feminine card using masculine patterned paper. View all products used by clicking the image.

Isn't this the cutest inside of a card? I bet you wonder what the front looks like. Come see how I used the Border dies on the card for this pretty feminine card.

The Well Suited patterned paper will retire at the end of this month.  If you make a lot of masculine cards you will need this.  Here are all the supplies I used for my card.  I would appreciate it if you would use the host code below when you place your order.
