Get Well Soon For Her
Hello Everyone ~ I have a friend who is having some health issues so check out this Get Well Soon For Her card I made.
It has bee a fun time with Jake. We have done some playing, gone sightseeing, and even went to the pool. He is such a fun little guy! I still have 2 more days with him so I will be enjoying him as much as I can! The girls are also here so I have a full house!
I have a friend who is having some health issues and I wanted to let her know I was thinking about her. I went looking through my stash and made a quick and easy card for her.
My focus this week will be patterned paper. We have such beautiful paper that I just had to take this week to play with some of it. I thought the Pansy Petals patterned paper would be perfect for this card.
I do not have the coordinating stamp set so I went looking for some dies I could use. I thought the Pierced Blooms dies had the perfect flower to go with one of the patterns. Since I only wanted a strip as I did not have the Pansy set I knew I would need a simple layout.
To help add interest to the background I used the Painted Texture embossing folder. The sentiment was stamped and punched and then repunched to get a smaller shape. Here is the Get Well Soon For Her that I will be mailing out this week.
