Brightest Glow Merry Christmas
Hello Everyone – clean card with a lot of white space is my idea for the Brightest Glow Merry Christmas in July card.
Vicky and I have shared 1 Christmas card so far. I hope you checked out her cute card she made on Sunday.
For my card today I went with the traditional red and green color scheme we associate with Christmas. I am enjoying looking at my stamp sets to see what I have that I might be able to use for Christmas cards. This idea was inspired by a card that had a berry branch on it. I went looking at my stamp sets to see what I have that might be similar. Here is what I came up with.
The Brightest Glow stamp set carried over from last year. It is a great Christmas sentiment set to use for your cards as it has a variety of sentiments ensuring you can find the perfect one for your card.
The patchwork background is much easier than you think. Here is the video to show you how to make your version of the Brightest Glow Merry Christmas card.
Did you know the Scalloped Contour die I used has slits on the sides? Makes it perfect for weaving your ribbon through like I did.
That sprig stamp worked out pretty good for a Christmas sprig don’t you think? Adding the pearls was used to mimic berries on the sprigs.
Here is another idea using the stamp set and thinking outside the box. Be looking for more ideas this month using this stamp set.
