Happy Easter!
I hope all of you have a pleasant day with your family. If you stopped in to see my card I am honored that you took a little time out of this special day to spend it with me.
I started with a color challenge today. Color Throwdown had a great challenge that I thought would make the perfect butterfly.
After I had my butterfly I needed a card design. I found a fun sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches and was ready to make my card.
I used the colors from the color challenge to stamp my butterfly. I used the framelits to cut it out. Now I needed the rectangle. When I added my rectangle it did not look right so I decided to flip the sketch. I added my strip of brushed gold and moved it to the center as it looked better. So I put my card together and the only thing left was my sentiment. I stamped my sentiment and punched it out. I added a scallop circle behind it and attached it to my card. Here is my completed creation.

Thanks for taking time to stop by today. Jess and family are going up to Chris’ family for lunch so I will have some time to myself. I will spend a little time in my room and then cook a simple dinner. Have a Sensational Easter Sunday!
