Hello Stampers ~ I have a cute Butterfly Wishes Smile creation today.
Yesterday we spent some time in downtown New Bern and checked out some of the stores. We also had lunch at a great little shop. We got caught in the rain but that is ok. We had an interesting adventure at Harris Teeter where a man almost hit several cars and a few pedestrians. He did run up on a curb and over a tree. It was crazy for a while and while it is not funny we had several laughs over it. I then took Linda on a tour of the surrounding neighborhoods so she could see them. We had dinner at the Pavilion and then relaxed at the house. She is headed home today and I will spend the day doing laundry and cleaning. It was a great visit!
Today’s card was created quickly as I was on a time crunch. While it did not take me long to make it, it still is cute proving you can create great cards in a limited amount of time. I began with a Whisper White panel and using Soft Sea Foam I stamped two branches from Butterfly Wishes. On a scrap of Whisper White I stamped the flower from Colorful Seasons using Petal Pink and So Saffron. The coordinating die from Seasonal Layers was used to cut out the flowers. The flowers were than added to the branches using dimensionals. The Copper Trim bow was attached using Tear & Tape and glue dots. Petal Pink ink was used to stamp the sentiment. This completed panel was adhered to a Petal Pink card base. My Butterfly Wishes Smile creation was now complete. Here is the finished card.
