For today’s card candy card idea I had to go out with a bang and use my love of sparkle. I decided to add some glitter to give my waves some sparkle.
I love using the Cascading Ruffles embossing folder for waves. This is a versatile folder to have in your stash.
Here is the video showing how to make the card candy used on today’s card.
Look at how I used that folder on this card. To accent the waves more, I added some sponged ink and glitter.
To carry the waves through the card, I used the folder to emboss the background of the white panel used on the card.
Adding texture and interest to your card candy is easy with punches and dies. Look at how I used a die to create some fun texture on this card. This card uses a different embossing folder for adding interest to the card.
