Card Candy with Sailboat builder punch
Hello Everyone – I did something a little different with the Card Candy with Sailboat builder punch idea today.
Vicky and I are continuing with our card candy ideas for May. I have loved sharing this series with you. Make sure you check out her blog to see what she created.
I love showing you different ways to use your supplies and today’s card is an idea I was please to see how it turned out. I often look at my pattern paper and see if I can use it for ways other than how you would expect. I looked at the Stargazing dsp/pattern paper and wondered if there was a pattern I could use for water. I think the one I chose turned out pretty good.

I love how the other edge of the Around the Bend dies makes it look like waves. It adds an interesting background to the card candy piece.
If you haven’t tried deconstructing your ribbon give it a try. The ribbon on today’s card was one I deconstructed and love the look with the fuzzy edge.
