Cascading hearts with CutCardStock

Hello everyone – I have a quick and easy Valentine’s Day card with the Cascading hearts with CutCardStock creation.
I saw the heart swag in the Chocolate Kiss collection on a sheet of cut aparts and knew I wanted to use it for my card.
Today’s Project
I thought the heart swag would make a great element on a card. I wanted a simple layout so I found a scrap of red diagonal striped paper to use. To highlight the striped paper I added it to some Wild Cherry cardstock. Some strips of gold bright foil were added at the top and bottom of the pattern paper.

I liked the swag as it had the look of 3D. It was fussy cut and added with foam adhesives. A small heart punch was used to punch out some red hearts . I added some heart embellishments from my stash.

The pattern paper has many great patterns to choose from. Here is a card that uses a chocolate and pink pattern for a pretty card. It also has some simple patterns you can use to highlight your embellishment like the ones used on this card.
